A chance for you to focus on precision, alignment and breathwork. RWS Flow is a class where we focus on mobility and flexibility as a base but definitely add in some strength to ensure we are loading those muscles effectively. 
If you train hard at the gym or do HIIT, Flow is for you to slow your body down.
